Your gown is prepared after your order is placed.
All Orélth gowns are made to order. Once your order is placed, your gown enters our preparation queue and is carefully finished before dispatch.
- Made-to-order preparation usually takes 3–30 days before dispatch.
- The exact timing depends on the gown design and current order queue.
- Once dispatched, your tracking link is sent by email.

Orélth gowns are designed with a fitted silhouette. Please check your bust, waist and hip measurements carefully before ordering.

Returns & exchanges
In-stock and made-to-order gowns follow different rules.
- In-stock items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all tags attached.
- Pre-order and made-to-order gowns are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect.
- If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.
