Returns & Exchanges
At Orélth, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Below is everything you need to know about our returns and exchanges policy.
When We Accept Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges in the following situations:
In-Stock Items
If your item was in stock at the time of purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Damaged Item
If your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologise. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a free return and offer a full replacement or refund.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong colour, size, or style, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve this at no cost to you with a replacement or full refund.
Pre-Order & Made-to-Order Items
Because pre-order and made-to-order gowns are crafted specifically for you, they are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. We put every care into each piece, but if something is not right, we will always make it right.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

Email us at contact@orelth.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable.

We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and authorisation.
3.
Send your item back using a tracked service. Return postage is covered by the customer for in-stock returns. For damaged or incorrect items, return postage is covered by us.
4.
Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.
Your Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
