Returns & Exchanges

At Orélth, some pieces are made to order while others may be available as ready-to-ship items. Please read our Returns & Exchanges policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-Order & Tailored Pieces

Any gown or item that is made to order, tailored, customised, or prepared specifically for your order is considered final sale.This means we cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:
  • change of mind
  • event cancellation
  • incorrect size selection
  • ordering the wrong colour or style
  • no longer needing the item
  • delivery arriving within the stated timeframe
Because these pieces are created especially for you, they cannot be treated like standard ready-to-ship items.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Ready-to-ship items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they meet our return conditions.To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • unworn
  • unused
  • unwashed
  • undamaged
  • free from perfume, makeup, marks, stains, or signs of wear
  • returned with original packaging and tags where possible
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

  • a short description of the problem
For made-to-order or tailored pieces, we do not offer standard returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will review the case and may offer an exchange, repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refunds

If a return or refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method.Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
