Because materials are bought and work begins as soon as your order is received, we are unable to accept cancellations, changes, or amendments once an order has been placed.
All Sales Are Final at the Point of Purchase
The Regulations
As each gown is made to your specifications, orders are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes goods made to the consumer's specifications.
