How long does production take?
All Orélth gowns are made to order — every piece is crafted specifically for you once your order is placed. Production typically takes 3 to 30 days depending on the design.
Do you ship worldwide including the UAE and Gulf region?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. Standard shipping takes 7–14 days after dispatch, or 5–8 days with express shipping (£25).
What is your returns policy?
All Orélth gowns are currently made to order. As each gown is crafted specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns except in the case of a faulty or incorrect item. Full details on our Returns & Refund Policy page.
How do I find my size?
We recommend checking our Size Guide before ordering. If you need personalised sizing support, email us at sizemeasurements@orelth.com with your measurements before placing your order.
