How long does production take?
All Orélth gowns are made to order. Production typically takes 3 to 30 days depending on the design. If your item is already in stock, it will be dispatched the same day you order.
Do you ship worldwide including the UAE and Gulf region?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. Standard shipping takes 7–14 days after dispatch, or 5–8 days with express shipping (£25).
What is your returns policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unworn in-stock items. Made-to-order gowns are not eligible for return unless faulty or incorrect. Full details on our Returns & Refund Policy page.
